Moving from East Vancouver, Rob and Yvonne had a dream of living with clean air and water, raising our kids with nature as their playground is the reason we moved to the North Okanagan. Growing our own vegetables and fruit ; go for a swim anytime from our backyard or go for a canoe at dusk this is why we moved from the big city.

To watch our 4 year old twins sit under our apple tree and eat fresh picked apples then move over to the plum tree to gorge on deep purple plums, jumping in mountains of golden maple leaves in the fall sun this is why we are here.  Rosy cheeks during winter wiener roasts after a sled another reason to be here.  Sand castles and river floats, picnics at the beach on hot lazy afternoons just another reason for moving here.

Grindrod Waterfront Bed & Breakfast opened the season of 2006 and has become a place for good memories for many of the lovely travelers that we have shared our home with. We enjoy your company that is why we do this , enjoying your stories with a cup a coffee in hand, respecting your silence when your weary from your journey with mutual respect for each  our guests and our family, your stay will be all you've hoped for.
