What time is check in? Your check is 3 pm or unless other wised agreed upon.
What time is check out? 11am unless other wised agreed upon.
Are Pets allowed? Yes please read the page labeled Pet Terms for details.
Do I need to leave a deposit to hold the room? Yes, there is a $25. per night deposit required via either Visa or Master Card to hold the room.
What are the cancelation terms?? There is a 7 day cancelation policy, if you should cancel with in 7 days of your booking date you will loose your deposit. If the cancellation is before 7 days of your booking date you will receive your deposit back in full.
Are my children welcome? Yes, Yes, yes we have kids too!! bring them there is so much fun stuff for them to do and explore.
Do I have to sign anything?? Yes you do.
Why? Well we are right on the Shuswap River which has a current and you need to be aware of your swimming abilities and your children's abilities and well there is NO life guard on duty so you are responsible for watching over your children and taking care of yourselves.
We also let out the canoe and water tubes and that makes you responsible for yourselves and your children while using those items.
Oh yes we have farm animals, Llama's, sheep and chickens and they are fenced from your acre of property ...... though there are gates and should you or your children become far too curious and say leave a gate open or decide to venture in the field with out consent, you are held responsible for yourselves.
