Your Breakfast is Served between 6:30am to 8:30am ....  your choice of time Once up and ready the coffee is poured or tea is served, chilled juice on the side..... Your fruit is served with your fresh home-made hot from the oven biscuits of your choice from the menu. There Seven different yummy biscuits to choose from.......

Once your settled into your breakfast the entree will be served, each entree is made with farm fresh free run eggs, you'll meet the chickens!! Bacon and sausage and home made golden brown hashbrowns.   Your entree of choice could be one of the following;   Pancakes with eggs, bacon, sausage and hashbrowns   or perhaps;   French Toast with bacon, sausage and hashbrowns.   or maybe your feeling like round squares;   Golden Waffles with bacon, sausage and hashbrowns.   now you haven't tried Chef Von's;    Amazing Omelette made with cheddar cheese, green pepper & onion and my secret ingredients (if I told you the secret ingredients I'd have to call MI5 to find you)  plus bacon, sausage and hashbrowns.   last but not forgotten the;  Traditional breakfast of eggs, toast (and if your really nice I'll make homemade bread), bacon, sausage and hashbrowns...... yes we have HP sauce :-)

Lets think about warm, buttery, buttermilk biscuits.....scones......muffins... the warm smell of them baking softly in the oven ..... the oven door opens and the breakfast room fills with the aroma of cozy; the scent reminds you of what a farm home made biscuit should smell like; buttery or perhaps sweetened with lemon with cranberry  filling the room or perhaps the essence of fresh cheese baking.........

Coffee beans ground then blended with steaming water from the Purified Shuswap River blending together for a perfect cup of java. Choices to ponder; Cranberry Lemon Cheddar Cheese and Cream Cheese Full Raisin  Butter Scotch Oatmeal Fresh Spring Chive and Cheese Sunflower-Walnut Buttermilk Date and Nut  and then there is the daily special..... you know just to keep it interesting.
